Greetings once more, good 'ole blog.
I haven't updated this blog in months, but it was brought up in a conversation today and it made me want to update it again. Apparently it has actually been getting some traffic, which is strange.
Anyway, here are some updates on the GMod RP front:
Tiramisu 2 was being actively developed by FNox and Matt, then it was released on facepunch. Tiramisu 2 actually looks really cool. The visuals have improved a lot, and its features are pretty neat. I'd honestly recommend checking the gamemode out, it's extremely easy to edit to your needs.
However, FNox and Matt have stopped working on it due to lack of interest, I suppose. FNox says he'll release one more version once GMod 13 launches, but that's it.
Conna Wiles/Kurozael/Kuropixel/Kudomiku etc is working on the successor to openAura: Clockwork. It's apparently not going to be yet another rename, but based on the screenshots/video footage released it honestly looks like it. It was also leaked a while back, and when I browsed through the code it seemed very similar to OA.
Other than that, not much has really changed. There are still a shit ton of DarkDM... I mean, DarkRP... servers out there as well as OA servers. I think I'm going to start playing on some random RP servers and posts reviews of them on here.
