My citizen was a generic one, fearing the combine and staying out of their way. I mainly just wanted to have a conversation with someone, try and get some basic RP going, but to no avail. After a while I noticed that the CP's that were on were dicking around a lot, recoloring each other with the toolgun, spawning random props as well as spawning GMan and killing him. They did this in the middle of the plaza when there were people on. For some reason a CP also started chasing around a scanner, yelling in OOC that he'd kill it.
After what seemed like ages I left the server, having accomplished little to nothing. I joined up today as well, and saw some CP's dicking around again. Then about four citizens ganged up on a CP recruit, trying to disarm him. A guy was casually standing next to the action, spamming random citizen lines... I wouldn't really recommend this server.

I'm not blaming you for judging us off a cover,or not reccomending us. But please understand the fact that we cant control everything in the server.
But one thing that seperates us from other servers.
We are a community.We debate everything together.
Like MrPotato said, we had an off day anyways, you're always bound to get people who want to fuck it up, and besides the quiet sector things aren't even used anyways, it only happens if you yell, and we rarely do OOC, only if they get slightly bored, but they're back to IC quick. We take our roleplay very seriously, we decide things together, we keep everyone in the realm of the correct RP and such.
ReplyDeleteAnd you can't really recommend it when you haven't played a good amount on time on it, I have played this server or 3 months at least and I find it one of the most successful servers I have played in a while, lastly, you only pointed out the very few negativities, we have had loads of positive comments from our players, we have a very successful playerbase, with a successful community, we are Heartbit. If you think there's only negatives about this server, then keep your bloody opinion to yourself!
It seems you went on when all the lolwebuls and minges were on. You should have a look at the server when admins/ops are on and when higher ranking UCA are on as the admins stop the minges whilst the UCA stop the lolwebuls.
ReplyDeleteNow and again we do have our derp moments where we just derp and just have a laugh but we try to keep them short and get back to the RP.
Citizens go after the lower ranked units like 04, 05 and RCT because they are easy targets and don't have a high roll bonus so it is a bit safer to go after them instead of a 03, 02, 01, OfC or EpU.
What I'm saying is that you need to come on our server at about 5:00 GMT as most the admins/ops are on and we have more people with UCA chars to stop the lolwebuls :P
